Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah are visiting Gujarat on the occasion of Navratri. Then on September 30, he will flag off a metro train from Thaltej in Ahmedabad on the way to Vastral village. The train will be flagged off by the Prime Minister from Helmet Circle.

Apart from this, a public meeting has also been organized in the ground near Doordarshan in Thaltej. Prime Minister Modi is going to inaugurate a metro train on the corridor from Thaltej to Vastral village and he is also likely to travel in a metro train. After the program of Prime Minister Modi, preparations have been made by the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation and the police system.

6.53 km underground route in East-West corridor

A 21.16 km route has been prepared from Vastral village to Thaltej village in the East-West corridor of Thaltej-Vastral road. In this, metro trains will run on an underground route of 6.53 km. A total of 4 stations have been prepared in the underground route.

Thaltej Village, Thaltej, Doordarshan, Gurukul Road, Gujarat University, Commerce 6 Way, Sardar Patel Stadium, Shahpur, Ghikanta, Kalupur Station, Kankaria East, Garment Park, Amraiwadi, Rabari Colony, Vastral, Thaltej-Vastral Continuous Cross in East-West Corridor Road, Vastral village will be covered.
